Atlanta holds a special place in my heart. It was the first city in North America that my parents immigrated to in the late 90's. I was about six years old only being able to speak Spanish when I first arrived in the city. At the age of 11, my family and I left Atlanta to move to Toronto where I currently reside.
There was a time in my mid 20's where I spent most of my free time in this peach state. Being a flight attendant, I had the privilege of flying back and forth from Toronto to Atlanta. It was there where I had the sweetest hello's and the hardest goodbyes.
