Refunds

We offer a full refund within 15 days for unused products. All products must be returned in the same condition that you received it in. Returns must be sent back in its original package. Once returned products are received and processed, we will issue a full refund. The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges.

If your candle is damaged upon delivery, please report it within 5 business days  along with pictures of the damages and your contact information to info@candlejet.com. Once processed, arrangements will be made for a replacement and/or refund as soon as possible.
